I am an undergraduate Biochemistry student on the Pre-Medical track currently conducting research in Dr. Gary Wang's Lab. Our lab studies Clostridioides difficile, and my particular research focuses on developing a method to optimize the preparation and delivery of murine fecal suspensions. The optimization of these suspensions will allow us a greater deliverance of bacteria when conducting our experiments, potentially leading to the discovery of a bacterium that aids in resistance to C. difficile.

I am incredibly passionate about my research as the potential it holds to help prevent disease and better the lives of thousands means a significant deal to me.
